Platys Gyalos hotel

Our visualization approach for Platys Gialos Hotel placed a strong emphasis on the relationship between architecture, light, and water. Inspired by the organic forms and materiality of the island’s vernacular, the design revolves around a central pool that becomes the heart of the guest experience. The ground floor rooms extend directly into this water sanctuary, while the first-floor suites overlook the courtyard, providing privacy and tranquility. Through precise modeling and careful material studies, we aimed to capture the plasticity of the architecture and the way natural textures interact with the Mediterranean sun.
